The digital Rotational Viscometer is based on the swirl/spin method for measurement of fluid viscosity. The instrument drives a rotor of a specific specification to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the fluid to be measured. Tack resistance to the rotor causes the spring connecting the rotor to deflect. By measuring the deflection torque, and based on the known rotor geometry and Rotation speed, the internal calculation system of the instrument can convert the viscosity value of the fluid. The accompanying Thermostatic bath provides an accurate and uniform temperature environment for the tested sample through intelligent PID temperature control technology and internal and external circulation systems, ensuring the accuracy and comparability of viscosity measurement results under different temperature conditions.

1. Connect the instrument power supply, turn on the host and Thermostatic bath power supply. 2. According to the estimated sample viscosity, select the appropriate rotor and install it on the Viscometer mainframe. 3. Place the sample to be tested in the Thermostatic bath Tank and ensure that the sample liquid level is immersed in the marking line specified by the rotor. 4. Set the required test temperature on the Thermostatic bath control panel, and start the temperature control and circulation functions. 5. After the temperature stabilizes, set the desired test Rotation speed on the Viscometer host. 6. Start the Viscometer for measurement. After the reading is stable, record the viscosity, temperature, Rotation speed and other data displayed on the screen. 7. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument, remove the rotor and clean it.
