Overview
HuiNuo TM3200FT/09 Automatic Film Applicator is a multifunctional Spreader equipment, using bar and Drawdown blade two coating methods, support 1~ 300mm/s stepless speed regulation coating speed, equipped with Vacuum chuck and fixture dual substrate fixing system, effective coating area of 700 * 800mm, suitable for High Accuracy film applications.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator drives the Spreader head through a servo motor and moves it on the hard-treated aluminum alloy Spreader stage. The substrate is fixed by Vacuum chuck and fixture, and the vacuum pump produces 50KPa Ultimate vacuum degree to ensure strong adsorption. When Spreader, the bar or Drawdown blade unifies the Spreader material according to the set rate and thickness, and the automatic inking system assists the feeding to achieve accurate film process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and start the device
2. Set Spreader parameters (speed, thickness, etc.) through Touchscreen
3. Place the substrate on the coating table and start Vacuum chuck fixation
4. Select the coating method (bar or Drawdown blade) and install the corresponding tool
5. Start the automatic inking system (if necessary)
6. Start the Spreader Process
7. Turn off the device after completion and clean the Spreader tool

• Power supply voltage matching before operation (standard 220V/50HZ)
• Regularly check whether the Vacuum chuck system is normal
• Spreader the bar and Drawdown blade in time to avoid material curing
• Customized functions need to confirm technical parameters in advance
• Avoid prolonged operation at Ultimate vacuum degree
• Non-professionals should not disassemble internal components
