Principle
By vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water to produce internal and external pressure difference, the test sample internal gas escape outside the case, in order to determine the sealing performance of the sample; by vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample to produce internal and external pressure difference, the test sample expansion and release of vacuum after the sample shape recovery, in order to determine the sealing performance of the sample.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it in a vacuum chamber.
2. Set test parameters (e.g. Vacuum Level, time) through Touchscreen.
3. Start a one-click operation, and the equipment will automatically vacuum, constant pressure air supply, test and break the air.
4. Observe the gas escape or shape change of the sample.
5. After the test, the device automatically stops and displays the results.
Notice
• Use voltage of 50Hz, AC220V to ensure power matching.
• Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, in -20 ℃~ 0 ℃ need to start practice running 3min.
The test time can be set freely, but it needs to be adjusted according to actual needs.
• The equipment does not need to be connected to an external Vacuumpump to avoid additional connection errors.
• Regularly check the vacuum components to ensure stable performance.
