Overview
JHY-MF-500D Sealing tester is a factory direct sales product, which is suitable for the sealing performance test of plastic bottle caps under GB/T17876 and other standards. The instrument pressurizes the bottle samples through the bottle cap puncture fixture, so that the samples immersed in water produce internal and external pressure differences, and observes the internal and external escape of the test samples to determine the sealing performance of the samples.

Principle
The Sealing tester applies pressure to the plastic bottle cap sample through the bottle cap piercing fixture, so that the sample immersed in water generates an internal and external pressure difference, and observes the gas escape to determine the sealing performance.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and install it into the cap puncture fixture.
2. Immerse the sample in water.
3. Press the button to start the test, and the instrument is automatically pressurized.
4. Observe the gas escape.
5. Automatic pressure relief after the test is completed.
Notice
The operating voltage is 50Hz and AC220V.
• Pressure values range from 0 to 400KPa.
• Ambient Temperature -20~ 500 ℃, at -200 ℃~ 00 ℃ need to start practice running 3min.
• Air source requires the user to bring their own Air Compressor.
• The total amount of the host is about 20KG, pay attention to handling safety.
