Overview
The TM1000/07 Miniature Flat Film Applicator is a reciprocating lame plating device with an effective lame plating area of 160 × 80mm (expandable to 200 × 100mm), a small body about the size of A4 paper, and can be placed in a standard ventilated kitchen. The device has the function of small area precision lame plating, supports multiple cycles of lame plating, and adopts programmable control. The lame plating speed, discharge volume, drying time and pause time can be adjusted, and the substrate is fixed by Vacuum chuck to ensure the lame plating is flat.

Principle
The Film Applicator consists of a motion system, a lame plating system, and a Control system. The motion system uses a rodless cylinder to push the spray gun back and forth, the lame plating system uses a precision plunger pump and a pneumatic atomization spray gun to achieve precise lame plating, and the Control system implements parameter presetting and real-time monitoring through PLC and Touchscreen to ensure precise control of the lame plating process.
Steps
1. Preset lame plating parameters through the side 7 inch Touchscreen
2. Place substrate on adsorption platform and start Vacuum chuck
3. Set lame plating speed, discharge and other parameters
4. Set drying time and pause time
5. Start the device to start the lame plating job
6. Monitor the lame plating process and adjust parameters as needed
Notice
• The power supply of the device is AC 220V/50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches
• Please confirm that the substrate is sheet type before lame plating
• The height of the equipment is about 200mm without the spray gun rack, and about 400mm with the rack. Please pay attention to the installation space.
• Check whether the Vacuum chuck system is working properly before use
• When setting parameters, please pay attention to the setting range of each time unit
