Overview
The Ventilated Aging Tester is a high-performance laboratory device designed to simulate the aging process of materials in high temperature environments. It is widely used in the electronics, plastics, rubber, coatings and other industries to evaluate the durability and Stability of materials in long-term high temperature environments.
Features
1. Precise temperature control, Temperature range from room temperature + 10 ℃ to 300 ℃, control accuracy up to +/- 0.5 ℃, analytical accuracy of 0.1 ℃
2. Efficient ventilation system, the ventilation volume can be adjusted within the range of 3 times to 150 times/hour, using JISK7212 standard
3. Sturdy and durable structure, the inner box is made of SUS #304 stainless steel, the outer box is treated with paint, and the thermal insulation material is high-density rock wool.
4. Intelligent Control system, using microcomputer electronic temperature controller, with PID automatic calculation function, no manual setting
5. Safety protection, equipped with fuse safety switch, overload protection, phase loss protection and over-temperature alarm function
6. Convenient Operating interface, equipped with wide-angle projection lighting equipment and multi-layer vacuum Glass windows, simple panel design
7. Complete ancillary equipment, including turntable, ventilation measurement device, Timer, etc
Principle
The equipment realizes air supply circulation through multi-wing centrifugal circulating fan, uses microcomputer electronic temperature controller for PID automatic calculation control, combines proportional, integral, differential and SCR control technologies to ensure accurate and stable temperature. The ventilation system adjusts the air exchange rate through the ventilation volume adjustment device to simulate the high temperature aging environment.
Applications
Electronic Components, Plastic Products, Rubber, Coatings, Adhesives
Standards
UL1581、ASTM-D2436、CNS3556、CNS742、JIS7212、JISB7757
Steps
1. Connect a three-phase 380VAC 50Hz power supply
2. Set the required temperature parameters through the microcomputer controller
3. Adjust the ventilation volume to the range of 3 to 150 times/hour
4. Place the sample on the laboratory rack
5. Start the device to start aging test
6. Observe the test process through multi-layer vacuum Glass windows
7. Use Timer to record aging time
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of 5~ 35 ℃
• Environmental humidity not exceeding 85% R.H
• Check whether the power supply phase loss protection function is normal before operation
• Regularly check the effectiveness of the over-temperature alarm system
• Pay attention to the heating time of the equipment, it takes about 15 minutes from room temperature to 100 ° C
• Measurement of air exchange should be carried out at 80 ° C
• The aging test of the whole machine has been carried out 48 hours before the equipment leaves the factory
