Overview
HuiNuo TM3000/11D Automatic Film Applicator is a multifunctional Spreader device, using bar and Drawdown blade coating methods, suitable for laboratory and industrial fields. The device has High Accuracy Spreader capability, the coating speed can be stepless in the range of 1~ 300mm/s, and supports customized needs.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator drives the Spreader head to move on the Glass plate Spreader stage by motor to achieve uniform Spreader of bar or Drawdown blade. Bar Spreader uses different rod numbers to control the Coating thickness, and Blade Coating scrapes on the substrate through the die steel Drawdown blade to form a film of specified thickness.

Steps
1. Fix the substrate with a fixture on the Glass Spreader table.
2. Select the coating method (bar or Drawdown blade) and set the parameters through the color LCD Touchscreen.
3. Adjust the coating speed in the range of 1~ 300mm/s.
4. Start the device for Automatic Spreader.
5. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample and perform cleaning and maintenance.

• Power supply voltage meets 100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ requirements before use.
• Spreader thickness should be strictly controlled according to bar number or Drawdown blade setting.
• Drawdown blades and coating tables are cleaned regularly to maintain accuracy.
