HuiNuo TM3000/11AFD Automatic Film Applicator is a multi-functional Spreader equipment, using bar and Drawdown blade two coating methods, supporting 1~ 300mm/s stepless speed regulation coating speed. The equipment is equipped with an automatic feeding system, which realizes reciprocating linear motion feeding through air source pressure, suitable for film applications of various substrates.
1. Support bar and Drawdown blade double coating method, bar accuracy up to +/- 0.001mm, Blade Coating accuracy +/- 0.003mm. 2. The coating speed is 1~ 300mm/s stepless speed regulation, and the effective coating area can be customized. 3. Standard automatic feeding system, the amount of material can be adjusted, and the Mixing Tank is made of 304 stainless steel, with a maximum pressure of 8Mpa. 4. Equipped with color LCD Touchscreen, Operating language supports Chinese (can be customized in English). 5. Optional heating and Vacuum chuck function to enhance application flexibility.
The device performs Spreader on the surface of the substrate through a bar or Drawdown blade. The thickness of the bar Spreader is determined by the rod number. The thickness range of Blade Coating is 0.1~ 10mm. The automatic feeding system is driven by air source pressure, and the material is evenly discharged from the Mixing Tank by reciprocating linear motion. The coating speed and the amount of material can be precisely controlled by adjusting the air pressure and speed.

Power standard: 100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ
1. Fix the substrate to the coating table fixture. 2. Select the bar or Blade Coating method according to your needs, and set the coating speed. 3. Start the automatic feeding system, adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed to control the discharge volume. 4. Start the Spreader process by setting parameters through Touchscreen. 5. After the Spreader is completed, clean the device and turn off the power.
• The air source of the feeding system needs to be equipped with a 8 trachea, and the pressure is 0.6Mpa. • The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not use it under overpressure. • Glass coating table material, to avoid hard collision during operation. • Device power is 400w, and the power supply needs to match 100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ. • Optional features such as heating and Vacuum chuck need to be configured according to actual needs.
Hello, based on your application requirements, we recommend the Huinuo TM3000/11AFD Automatic Film Applicator. This device employs a dual coating method combining a wire bar and a blade, with the wire bar achieving an accuracy of ±0.001mm and the blade coating accuracy of ±0.003mm. It is particularly suitable for testing scenarios such as coatings and inks that require high precision and uniform coatings. The machine comes standard with an automatic feeding system, enabling reciprocating linear feeding with adjustable dispensing volume, which effectively meets the laboratory requirements for coating consistency and repeatability.
Sure. The blade coating thickness range of the TM3000/11AFD is 0.1–10 mm, and its flip-top design facilitates easy cleaning, making it suitable for various samples from thin to viscous. Its automatic feeding system can control the material discharge rate by adjusting air pressure and outlet speed, enabling it to handle materials with different flow properties. If you have specific requirements, such as heating samples to reduce viscosity, you can also opt for the heating function to ensure a smoother coating process.
Yes. This film applicator uses clamps as the substrate fixation method, which can firmly hold common substrates. More importantly, it offers vacuum adsorption as an optional feature. If you frequently handle thin or flexible substrates such as paper or films, it is highly recommended to opt for vacuum adsorption. It flattens the substrate onto the glass coating table through adsorption, completely preventing substrate shifting or wrinkling during the coating process, thereby ensuring coating uniformity and the accuracy of test results.
