This Film Applicator is a drawdown Bar & blade Coater with two functions: bar Spreader and Blade Coating. Principle
The Working Principle of Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and the Spreader parameters.

Steps
1. Set Spreader parameters through the Touchscreen control panel
2. Select coating method (bar or Drawdown blade)
3. Adjust application length and Spreader speed
4. Start the device for automatic filming

• Equipment needs to use 220V/50HZ power supply (110V/60HZ can be customized)
• Make sure the substrate is firmly fixed before Spreader
• Clean Spreader Head in time after use
