Principle
The Working Principle of Experimental Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate (e.g. Glass, cardboard, fabric) and place it on the Spreader table
2. Vacuum chuck or fixture to secure substrate
3. Set Spreader parameters on Touchscreen (application length, Spreader speed, film thickness, etc.)
4. Select coating method (bar Spreader or Blade Coating)
5. Start the device for automatic filming
6. Remove the sample after the Spreader is completed
7. Spreader head and countertop

• Before operation, please make sure that the power supply of the equipment is connected correctly, and the voltage range is 100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ.
• The coating table is hard-treated aluminum alloy to avoid scratching with sharp objects
• The meyer rod coating thickness range is selected according to different rod numbers to ensure accuracy +/- 0.001mm
• Blade Coating thickness range is 0.1~ 10mm, accuracy +/- 0.003mm, clean clamshell Drawdown blade head in time after use
