Principle
The Working Principle of Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters. High Accuracy film is achieved by using bar Spreader and Blade Coating to fix the substrate through Vacuum chuck and fixture combined with heating function.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and samples
2. Place the substrate on the Spreader table and fix it by Vacuum chuck or clamp
3. Select the coating method (bar or Drawdown blade) and set the Spreader parameter
4. Start the device for automatic filming
5. Remove the sample after finishing the film
