Overview
TBJ-B2-DJ16 Automatic Film Applicator is a small Lab Film Applicator for China experiments. It adopts imported accessories and is cheap, and is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling speed and stable pressure. It has two coating methods of bar and adjustable drawdown blade. It integrates ultraviolet curing function and automatic feeding system. The size of Spreader is 300 * 400mm, which is suitable for UV ink, UV Goil loss and other films.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a steady pressure. Using reciprocating linear motion mode, through synchronous belt shaft drive, the air pump Inkjet principle drives the automatic feeding system to adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed to control the amount of material. The UV light curing system treats the material after the Spreader to ensure the film mass.

Steps
1. Connect the host power supply (220V 50Hz) and the charging system air source (0.6Mpa).
2. Choose the bar or Blade Coating method according to your needs
3. Set coating speed (5~ 180mm/s) and Spreader Travel (1~ 400mm)
4. Adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed of the automatic feeding system to control the discharge volume
5. Start the device for Spreader operation
6. If UV curing is required, turn on the UV light system for curing treatment
Notice
• The air source of the feeding system needs to be equipped with a φ 8 trachea, and the pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa.
• The maximum pressure of Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not exceed the limit when using
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s, standard range 5~ 180mm/s
• Wavelength range 350~ 450nm during UV curing to avoid direct exposure
• Device weight is subject to the actual product, so be careful when handling
• Check whether the configuration of Safety Valve, Pressure Regulating Valve, Pressure Gauge, Unloading Valve, etc. with Mixing Tank is normal before use
