DZ-DSC300A Differential Scanning Calorimeter adopts imported material E-couple Sensor, which has the characteristics of high Accuracy, high Sensitivity and good repeability. The signal acquisition circuit has Shielding protection, strong anti-interference, Baseline stability and high repeability. The instrument can carry out Glass transition temperature, phase transition temperature, melting point, enthalpy value, curing temperature and product stability, oxidation induction period and other tests. It is suitable for research in pipes, polymers, chemicals, food and other fields, serving universities, enterprises and third-party Measurement units.

Principle
The DZ-DSC300A Differential Scanning Calorimeter is heated by indirect conduction to ensure uniformity and stability and reduce pulsed radiation. The Sensor adopts imported material E-couple, combined with the signal acquisition circuit of Shielding protection, to achieve High Accuracy and High Sensitivity Thermal Analysis measurement.

Steps
1. Connect power and chill down equipment
2. Set temperature range, heating/cooling rate and thermostatic time
3. Select Linear dispersion scanning mode (heating, cooling or thermostatic scanning)
4. Configure the atmosphere to control gas and flow
5. Start the test and monitor the data through the 7-inch Touchscreen

• Power Supply is AC220V/50Hz or customized to ensure voltage matching
• The chilled down equipment needs to use water circulation refrigeration
• Gas pressure does not exceed 1MPa
• Check the atmosphere control gas flow setting before operation
• Avoid using instruments in non-standard environments
