Overview
Carbon black content tester DZ3500S is suitable for the determination of carbon black content in polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polybutene plastics, cable and optical cable insulation and sheath materials, and rubber. A certain amount of samples are pyrolyzed at high temperature in a nitrogen stream, and the carbon black content is obtained by analyzing the weight of the pyrolyzed sample.

Principle
A certain amount of the sample is pyrolyzed at high temperature in a nitrogen stream, and the carbon black content is obtained by analyzing the weight of the sample after pyrolysis.
