Overview
HuiNuo TM3100Pro/03AFD Automatic Film Applicator is a multifunctional Spreader device that uses two coating methods, bar and drawdown blade, and supports 1~ 300mm/s stepless speed regulation coating speed. Equipped with an automatic feeding system, optional heating function (temperature range RT +~ 180 ° C, uniformity +/- 1 ° C) and Vacuum chuck option for High Accuracy film applications.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator Spreaders on the substrate through bar or drawdown blade, and the coating speed can be adjusted steplessly. The automatic feeding system is driven by air source pressure, and the material is evenly discharged from the Mixing Tank by reciprocating linear motion. The amount of material is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the speed of the discharge port. The optional heating function is heated by mica sheet or graphene to ensure uniform temperature.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it on the fixture; 2. Set the Spreader parameters (rate, Film thickness, etc.) through the Touchscreen; 3. Start the automatic feeding system to adjust the air pressure and speed; 4. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and start the Spreader; 5. Optional turn on the heating function to monitor the temperature; 6. Clean the equipment after completing the Spreader.

• Check the air source connection before use to ensure that the pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa; • Add the Mixing Tank pressure should not exceed 8Mpa to avoid the risk of overpressure; • Pay attention to temperature control when heating to prevent overheating; • When cleaning the drawdown blade and bar, follow the instructions for easy cleaning of the flip design; • Customized functions need to confirm the specifications in advance; • The power supply of the equipment needs to match the range of 100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ.
