Principle
The Working Principle of Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters. High Accuracy film is achieved by using bar Spreader and Blade Coating, driven by servo motor, combined with Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and samples
2. Set Spreader parameters (Spreader length, Spreader speed, etc.) through Touchscreen
3. Secure the substrate to the Spreader stage (using Vacuum chuck or fixture)
4. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and install the corresponding Spreader head
5. Start the device for automatic filming
6. Remove the sample after the film is completed
7. Spreader head and countertop
