Overview
HuiNuo TM3000Pro/12D Automatic Film Applicator is a multifunctional Spreader device that uses two coating methods, bar and drawdown blade, for film applications of various substrates. The device has High Accuracy Spreader capability, the coating speed can be stepless in the range of 1~ 300mm/s, and supports customization functions to meet the experimental and production needs of different users.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator uses a motor to drive the Spreader head to move linearly on the substrate, using a bar or drawdown blade to uniformly Spreader the coating on the surface of the substrate. Bar Spreader relies on precision bar to control the coating thickness, Blade Coating realizes different Film thickness Spreaders through adjustable drawdown blades, and the coating speed can be steplessly adjusted to ensure Spreader uniformity.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it on the fixture of the coating table.
2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and install the corresponding tools as needed.
3. Set Spreader parameters such as Rate and Film thickness via Touchscreen.
4. Start the device and complete the Spreader process automatically.
5. After the Spreader is completed, remove the substrate and perform subsequent processing.
Notice
• Before operation, ensure that the power supply of the equipment meets the power requirements of the host (100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ).
• Avoid touching moving parts during Spreader to prevent injury.
• Regularly clean coating tables and tools to maintain accuracy.
• Customized functions require advance confirmation of specifications with the supplier.
