Overview
HuiNuo HN-AY80 Ink Proofer is a numerical control equipment specially designed for inks color scheme and proofing. It adopts an integrated structure of liquid crystal display, numerical control motor drive and control system, and drives the spindle mechanism of the plate roller through the timing belt. All control parameters and measurement data can be displayed and adjusted in real time on the LCD screen, with reliable accuracy repeability positioning function. The core of this equipment solves the cost and efficiency pain points of the industry, significantly reduces the waste of inks of traditional machine proofing by 90%, and efficiently digests the old ink in stock, realizes "turning waste into treasure", supports multi-color inks detection and anticipates dry and wet ink color change.

Principle
Ink Proofer drives the High Accuracy motor (swirl/spin accuracy 0.1 degrees) through the LCD numerical control system to achieve one-click operation and real-time parameter monitoring. The equipment adopts a timing belt to drive the spindle mechanism of the plate roller. All control parameters and measurement data can be displayed and adjusted in real time on the LCD screen to ensure accurate repeability positioning. With the spectroscopic Density meter, the Lab value report can be output to realize data color management, and the characteristics of dry and wet ink color change, Abrasion Resistance, weathering resistance can be anticipated.

Steps
1. Use the mixed ratio of new and old inks to display color blocks, color samples, and 5% to 95% color ratios.
2. With Spectroscopic Density meter for color detection, measurement of color bar data report (Lab value).
3. Take the corresponding depth of color blocks, compare with the standard sample with spectrophotometer measurement, and then further fine deployment.
4. When the Color Proximity Rate reaches 95% similarity, the printing press sample can be printed.
Notice
• Operating Conditions should be in the range of 10 ℃ -35 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• When used with related instruments, ensure instrument compatibility to predict inks characteristics.
• In the process of Color contrast, when the proximity rate reaches 95% similarity, then put it on the printing press for trial printing.
