Principle
The intelligent proofing machine adopts an integrated structure of fully intelligent liquid crystal display, servo numerical control motor drive and servo control system, and drives the spindle mechanism of the plate roller through the timing belt. All control parameters and measurement data are displayed and adjusted in real time on the LCD screen, with reliable and accurate repeability positioning function. The host includes a double unwinding part (constant tension design), a pressing roller part (silicone rubber roller), a scraping part (imported components from Switzerland), a plate roller part (customized High Accuracy plate roller) and an optional exhaust gas centralized storage part (high-speed fan discharge solvent).

Steps
1. Use in room temperature 10 ℃ -35 ℃, relative humidity not more than 80% environment
