Principle
Automatic Film Applicator uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters. High Accuracy automated film is realized by using two coating methods, bar and drawdown blade, combined with Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and samples
2. Set Spreader parameters (length, speed) through Touchscreen
3. Select coating method (bar or drawdown blade)
4. Use Vacuum chuck to fix substrate
5. Start the device for automatic filming
6. Spreader head after film

• Make sure the equipment power supply meets the requirements before use (220V/50HZ or customized voltage)
• Check whether the substrate is firmly fixed before Spreader
