Overview
CTG-802-3000FNV is a YIBAI brand split iron-aluminum dual-use Coating thickness gauge, which adopts magnetic Induction and eddy Current automatic conversion technology to automatically identify substrates. The instrument complies with ISO2178, ISO2360 international standards and GB4956, GB4957 national standards, which can quickly, nondestructive and precise measurement of coating platings thickness. It is suitable for laboratories and engineering sites, and is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other fields.

Principle
The instrument uses magnetic Induction and eddy Current automatic conversion technology to measure the thickness of the nonmagnetic coating layer on the magnetic metal substrate by the magnetic Induction method, and the eddy Current method to measure the thickness of the nonconductive coating layer on the nonmagnetic metal substrate, and can automatically identify the substrate type for corresponding measurement.

Steps
1. Install 2 AAA AA AA batteries
2. Turn on the instrument power
3. Select Single measurement or Continuous Measurement mode
4. Probe touch the measured surface for measurement
5. Read the thickness value on the display
6. Metric and British unit conversion is possible
7. Turn off the power after use or wait for automatic shutdown

• Probe in vertical contact with the surface during measurement
• Avoid use in extreme temperature or Humidity environment (Operating environment: -10~ 50 ℃, Humidity < 80%)
• Probe abrasion checked regularly
