Overview
HuiNuo TM3100Pro/05AFD Automatic Film Applicator is a multifunctional Spreader device that supports two coating methods, bar and drawdown blade. The coating speed can be stepless in the range of 1~ 300mm/s. The equipment is equipped with an automatic feeding system, which adopts the principle of air source pressure outflow to realize reciprocating linear motion feeding, and can be equipped with heating and Vacuum chuck functions, suitable for a variety of Spreader application scenarios.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator performs Spreader on the substrate through a bar or drawdown blade. The bar Spreader uses different rod numbers to control the thickness, and the Blade Coating achieves a uniform Spreader through the die steel drawdown blade. The automatic feeding system uses the principle of outflow of air source pressure to drive the Mixing Tank for reciprocating linear motion. The amount of material is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the outlet speed. The optional heating function uses mica or graphene heating to ensure uniform temperature.

Steps
1. Install the substrate on the coating table fixture; 2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and set the parameters; 3. Start the automatic feeding system to adjust the air pressure and speed; 4. Set the coating speed and temperature (such as enabling heating); 5. Start the Spreader process; 6. Clean the equipment after completion.

* Check the air source connection before use to ensure that the pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa; * The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa to avoid overpressure operation; * Pay attention to the Temperature range when heating to prevent overheating; * Use the flip design when cleaning the drawdown blade to ensure thorough cleaning; * Follow the safety specifications when operating, use the standard safety valve and unloading valve; * Customized functions need to confirm the specifications in advance.
