The Automatic Film Applicator performs Spreader on the substrate through a bar or drawdown blade. The bar Spreader uses different rod numbers to control the thickness, and the Blade Coating achieves a uniform Spreader through the die steel drawdown blade. The automatic feeding system uses the principle of outflow of air source pressure to drive the Mixing Tank for reciprocating linear motion. The amount of material is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the outlet speed. The optional heating function uses mica or graphene heating to ensure uniform temperature.
