Principle
The experimental Automatic Film Applicator uniformly Spreaders the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters. This Film Applicator acts as a bar drawdown blade Coater, using bar or drawdown blade to automatically scrape the surface of the substrate at an adjustable rate and length to achieve film preparation.

• The coating table is hard aluminum alloy baseplate (optional Glass plate), the effective coating area is 400 * 300mm (can be customized), please select the appropriate Substrate clamping method (fixture) according to the Sample size.
• Bar Spreader thickness depends on the rod number, the accuracy is +/- 0.001mm; Blade Coating thickness range is 0.1~ 10mm, the accuracy is +/- 0.003mm, please select the appropriate coating method according to the required film thickness.
• The coating speed is 1~ 300mm/s stepless speed regulation (can be customized), the application length can be adjusted freely, please set the appropriate parameters according to the experimental needs.
