Overview
The CA-20D is DIANYANG's entry-level infrared thermal imagery analyzer, dedicated to thermal failure, heat conduction, and heat distribution analysis of circuit boards and materials. The device is equipped with 256 * 192 detector resolution, which can detect temperature changes of electronic components and heat dissipation materials, and record various test data through software.
Features
The focal length is adjustable, with a minimum observation distance of up to 20mm. The maximum distance is recommended to be within 1m.

4. Multi-axis brackets can observe objects from different angles, providing a more comprehensive perspective.
5. Ambient Temperature and thermal imagery temperature can be displayed simultaneously through the temperature sensor, combined with Ambient Temperature and thermal imagery temperature for multi-dimensional analysis.
Principle
The CA-20D infrared thermal imagery analyzer captures infrared radiation through a 256x192 resolution detector and converts it into thermal imagery. After the device is connected to computer software, it can analyze temperature data, support double-plate splicing and multi-angle observation, and provide multi-dimensional analysis combined with environment temperature sensor.

Steps
1. Connect the device to the computer via a USB cable.
2. Use software for thermal imagery data collection and analysis.
