Overview
Electric Lifting Basket Grinder (Model: MXY-D-4) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed by MUXUAN brand for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and complete two production processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, which can effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials (viscosity ≤ 5000 cps) in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drive and zirconia lever are used to make the grinding medium produce irregular movement and quickly reduce the powder particle size; the separation plate is processed by CNC numerical control of the whole material, which is not blocked and has a long life.

Principle
The electric lift basket Grinder drives the lever and bottom dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed through the operation of the motor, forming a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and inside the basket cavity, and the Stock is sucked into the grinding cavity. The lever drives the grinding medium to generate multi-directional force, which makes the material particles continue to collide and rub, and the particle size becomes smaller and narrower; the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc generates eddy current, which sucks out the material in the cavity and circulates it to the feed to achieve the effect of dispersion mixing. The lift is controlled by the electric push rod or solenoid valve to point the motor and the working head to lift.

Steps
1. Start the device: Use its own energy-saving inverter to control the start and speed regulation of the device.
2. Fixed grinding barrel: quickly fix the barrel body through the manual barrel clamping device to prevent displacement.
3. Lifting control: the rise, stop and fall operation of the grinding device is realized through the cylinder.
4. Running ground: The equipment runs, and the material is sucked into the grinding chamber for dispersion and grinding.
5. Chill down management: Water chilling down Mixing Tank jacket during operation to control temperature rise.
6. Mobile equipment: Use rack casters for easy movement.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 5000 cps to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• Before use, make sure that the grinding bucket is firmly fixed by the manual bucket clamping device to prevent accidents caused by displacement during work.
• Pay attention to chilling down the system when the equipment is running to control the temperature rise and keep the product stable.
• Regularly check the separation plate and grinding medium to avoid blockage and prolong service life.
Non-standard customization requires selecting the appropriate material according to the material characteristics, such as explosion-proof or specific alloys.
