Overview
The TQC levelling sag model VF2246 is a dual-function stainless steel film applicator for leveling and sag testing from post-construction to drying. Spreader 5 different film thicknesses on one side for leveling, and 10 film thicknesses (75-300 microns per 10 microns) on the other side for sag testing. Level measurement is evaluated by combining stripes.

Principle
Levelling sag evaluates performance by Spreader Coating film layers of different thicknesses. Leveling test top coat cloth 5 kinds of film thickness, observe the surface Smoothness after drying, avoid defects such as orange peel and brush marks; sag test top coat cloth 10 kinds of increasing film thickness, determine the critical thickness that does not sag on the vertical plane. Coating leveling and sag resistance are accurately judged by comparing the fringe shape.

1. Preparation of Coating Samples and Test Substrates
