Overview
SHB-10B Tension and Compression Force Gauge is a digital display Force Gauge produced by SUNDOO. It is a small and simple thrust and tension test instrument with the characteristics of High Accuracy and high resolution. The instrument is suitable for push-pull load test, plug-in force test and failure test of various products. It can be combined with a machine and a fixture to form a small testing machine, which is small in size, light in weight and easy to carry.
Features
1. High Accuracy and resolution
2. Free setting and judgment of upper and lower deviation values, red and green indicator lights and buzzer automatic sound and light alarm settings
3. Test direction display
4. Blue backlight can be switched on and off
5. Can store 10 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data
6. Three units N, kgf, lbf are automatically converted
7. The data on the LCD screen can be flipped and displayed
8. With peak hold function, peak automatic release function and free setting of release time
9. Power-saving design of automatic shutdown without operation, free shutdown time setting
10. Serial port (Mini RS-232C) output, connected to the computer can realize the Linear dispersion test function, connected to the printer can print 10 sets of stored test data and MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, pass or fail value judgment, connect the dedicated machine to achieve When the predetermined stop value is reached, the machine stops moving
Principle
SHB-10B Pull and Compress Force Gauge measures the push and pull force through the external Sensor structure. The Measurement range is 10%~ 100% FS, and the Indication Error is less than +/- 0.5%. The instrument adopts digital display, the load Graduation is 0.005N, and the maximum Measured value is 10N. The serial output can be connected to a computer or printer to realize data recording and analysis functions.
Applications
Push-pull load testing, insertion force testing, and failure testing of various products
Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use
2. Connect the power supply or ensure that the battery is fully charged
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation value, unit, backlight and other parameters as needed
4. Carry out push-pull load tests, and the instrument automatically records and calculates data
5. Connect computer, printer or special machine through serial port for data output or control
6. Shut down in time after use or use the automatic shutdown function to save power
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use
• Ensure that the power supply and battery are in normal condition and avoid using it when the power is low
• Set parameters correctly to ensure the accuracy of test results
