Overview
Defelsko Positector 6000 NAS1 anodic oxidation aluminum film thickness gauge is an external Probe dedicated to the measurement of anodic oxidation aluminum film. The measurement object is the thickness of nonconductive coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates, and the measurement Coating thickness is in the range of 0~ 625 microns. Positector 6000 NAS1 anodic oxidation aluminum film thickness gauge has characteristics in safety protection, not only Probe has good Abrasion Resistance, but also the host is equipped with a protective cover, which has good dustproof, waterproof, oil discharge and other characteristics, to a certain extent, to ensure the longer service life of the thickness gauge.

Standards
ISO 2178/2360/2808、PrEN ISO 19840、ASTM B499/D1186/D1400/D7091/E376/G12、BS3900-C5、SSPC-PA2
Steps
1. Install 3 * AAA alkaline battery
2. Connecting to the NAS1 Probe
3. Select the system language (Chinese or English)
4. Perform measurements in a nonconductive coating environment on a nonferrous metal substrate
5. Use Touchscreen to operate the instrument
6. Connect to the computer through the USB port and process the data using the PosiSoft software suite
Notice
• Only for nonconductive coating measurements on non-ferrous metal substrates (e.g. aluminum, copper)
• Measurement range is 0~ 625 microns, out of range may affect accuracy
• Confirm the validity of the calibrated certificate before use
• Keep Probe clean to avoid abrasion affecting Measurement accuracy
• Use in the specified test environment to ensure measurement accuracy
• Regularly check the battery power to ensure normal power supply
• Be aware of capacity limitations when storing data (1000 Measured values and 100 screen images)
