Overview
The YT-YS3000 Compression Tester is a Touchscreen controlled paper Cardboard Compressive Strength tester, mainly used to detect Edge Crush Test (ECT), Flat Crush Test (FCT), adhesive strength (PAT) and Flat Crush Test (CMT) of paper cores with a diameter of less than 60mm. Principle
The Compression Tester applies pressure to the specimen (e.g. paper, Cardboard, paper core) placed between the upper and lower platens through the fixed structure of the upper platen. The High Accuracy Weighing Sensor collects pressure data in real time and is quickly processed by the 32-bit ARM processor. Finally, the force value, Linear dispersion diagram are displayed on the Touchscreen, and the test results are automatically calculated and output.
