Overview
YANTE YT-L30 vertical computerized tensile instrument is a new type of instrument developed according to the requirements of the new national standard. It is mainly used in papermaking, Plastic film, chemical fiber, aluminum foil production and other industries and Miscellaneous production and commodity inspection departments that need to measure the Tensile Strength of objects. The instrument can measure Tensile Strength, Elongation, Break Length, Tensile Energy Absorption, Tensile Index, Tensile Energy Absorption Index and Adhesive Tape Peel Strength.

1. The transmission mechanism adopts ball screw and 3 guide shafts for smooth and accurate transmission.
2. Adopt stepper motor (servo motor), with low noise and accurate control.
3. Adopt 5-inch TFT true color LCD touch screen, Chinese menu, real-time display of stretching time, load tension and tensile curve.
4. The main board adopts new technology design, the CPU adopts 32-bit ARM processor, the processing speed is fast, the calculation data is accurate, and the real-time measurement data is guaranteed.
5. With automatic reset, data memory, overload protection and fault self-diagnosis functions.
6. Variable sample size and tensile speed, support direct testing of commonly used standard size samples or custom settings.
7. Measurement range, can be configured with different dynamometer conversion range (0-30N/0-100N/0-300N/0-1000N), suitable for a variety of materials.
8. Using thermal printing movement, no inks and color ribbons, no noise, fast printing speed.
9. Equipped with standard RS232 interface, it can cooperate with microcomputer software communication (separately purchased).
Principle
The instrument drives the ball screw and guide shaft through a stepper motor (servo motor) to smoothly stretch the sample, monitors the load tension and stretching time in real time, and quickly calculates parameters such as anti-tension and elongation using a 32-bit ARM processor.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample, adjust the collet spacing and width.
2. Set the tensile speed and test parameters.
3. Start the instrument for tensile test.
4. Observe the data and Linear dispersion on the display in real time.
5. After the test is completed, use a thermal printer to print the results or export the data through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be 10~ 35 ℃, relative humidity less than 85%.
• Power supply voltage is AC (100~ 240) V, (50/60) Hz.
• The standard width of the sample is 15mm, and the replacement of the 25mm or 50mm chuck needs to be booked.
• The instrument has an overload protection function to avoid overload use.
• Regularly check transmission components and electrical connections to ensure normal operation.
