The US Defelsko PosiTector 6000 FN1 Coating thickness gauge is a portable device with dual measurement function Probe, which automatically recognizes different Testing substrates and makes fast and accurate thickness measurement. With a one-piece construction, it is easy to carry and operate with one hand. The Probe is made of wear-resistant material, which is suitable for rough surfaces and is not prone to abrasion. No calibrate adjustment is required in most tests, simplifying the operation process.

Principle
The PosiTector 6000 FN1 Coating thickness gauge uses magnetic Induction and eddy Current principles for measurement, and can automatically convert measurements on all metal substrates to adapt to magnetic and nonmagnetic environments.

Steps
1. Power on the device; 2. Place the Probe on the surface to be tested; 3. Automatically identify the substrate and measure the thickness; 4. Read the measurement results on the display screen; 5. Use the USB interface to export data or process it through PosiSoft software.
