Overview
The water production rate of the MOLECULAR MU-05L laboratory ultra-pure water machine is 5L/h, and the water intake Flow velocity is 0.8L/min. The equipment adopts automatic microcomputer intelligent control, touch buttons, man-machine dialogue menu setting interface, and is equipped with color LCD display. It has functions such as automatic machine status display, whole process monitoring, consumables replacement prompts, multiple water intake modes, water consumption records, alarm records, information inquiry, automatic calendar and temperature display, and can be optionally connected to a PC.

Principle
The equipment realizes water purification through an eight-stage purification system: the first-stage 5μm coarse Filter removes particles, sand, suspended solids and algae; the second-stage coconut shell activated carbon adsorption residual chlorine, microorganisms and colored odorous substances; the third-stage precision filtrate security device protects reverse osmosis (RO) membrane; the fourth-stage US Dow reverse osmosis (RO) membrane desalination and sterilization rate reaches more than 99%; the fifth-stage Molup pack ultra-purified package ion removal rate reaches 99.999%; the sixth-stage Rohm-Haas ultra-pure polishing column further removes ions; the seventh-stage 254nm/185nm violet outer circulation sterilizes and removes organic matter; the eighth-stage 0.2 μm German SARTORIUS tangential flow microfiltration membrane intercepts and removes bacteria.

Steps
1. Connect the tap water source to ensure that the water pressure 0.1-0
2. Connect the 220V/50HZ power supply
3. Set the water intake mode by touching the button and the man-machine dialogue menu
4. Choose random, Basis Weight or qualitative water intake as needed
5. Monitor equipment status and water usage records
6. Replace consumables according to the prompts
7. Optional connection with PC for data management
