Overview
The water production rate of the MOLECULAR MU-10L laboratory ultra-pure water machine is 10L/h, and the water intake Flow velocity is 1.0L/min. Principle
The equipment treats tap water through an eight-stage purification process: the first-stage 5μm coarse Filter removes particles and suspended solids; the second-stage coconut shell activated carbon adsorption residual chlorine and microorganisms; the third-stage precision filtrate security device improves the water quality protection reverse osmosis (RO) membrane; the fourth-stage US Dow reverse osmosis (RO) membrane achieves more than 99% desalination and sterilization; the fifth-stage Molup pack ultra-purification package removes ions up to 99.999%; the sixth-stage Rohm-Haas polishing column further purifies water quality; the seventh-stage 254nm/185nm UV Lamp cycle sterilizes and removes organic matter; the eighth-stage 0.2μm microfiltration membrane intercepts bacteria. The whole process is intelligently controlled by a microcomputer to ensure stable water quality.

Steps
1. Connect the tap water source to ensure that the water pressure 0.1-0 MPa.
2. Connect the 220V/50HZ power supply and start the device.
3. Set the water intake mode (random, Basis Weight or quality) by touching the button and the man-machine dialogue menu.
4. Monitor the color LCD display interface to check machine status, water quality information, and records.
5. Use ultrapure water as needed. Flow velocity is 1.0L/min.
6. Regularly replace and maintain consumables according to the prompts.
Notice
• The water source must be tap water, and the water pressure range 0.1-0 MPa.
• The working environment water temperature needs to be maintained at 5~ 40 ° C, and the northern area needs to be used in the antifreeze room.
• Regularly observe the pretreated transparent cylinder and replace the filter element in time to ensure the purification effect.
• Use the RO membrane intelligent anti-scaling function to perform manual forced flushing if necessary.
• Maintain the automatic domestic circulation of the equipment to avoid water quality degradation.
• Note that the capacity of the pure water storage tank is 25L, and plan the water consumption rationally.
