Principle
By inserting the specimen into the device and turning the handle to bend, the T-Bend test is performed to evaluate the cracking or peeling of the coating after bending.

Steps
Insert one end of the specimen about 10 mm, press the specimen tightly, and turn the handle to bend the specimen to an acute angle
2. Take out the sample and insert it into the pliers, and press the bent part of the sample tightly, which is regarded as 0T bending
3. Check whether cracking occurs on the coating, the coating within 5 mm from the edge will not be considered
4. Paste scotch tape along the curved surface, tear off the tape along the direction of 60 ° of the curved surface, and check whether there is peeling coating
5. The sample continues to be bent 180 ° around the 0T bending part, and the center of the folding is 1T bending.
