Overview
JINGKELIAN JKGZ-60 mirror Gloss Meter is a Portable single-angle mirror-oriented glossmeter with a measurement Gloss angle of 60 ° and a display range of 0.0~ 199.9 Gs. The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO-2813 standards. It has the characteristics of small size and high accuracy. It is suitable for mirror-oriented gloss measurement of paints, inks, plastics, Stone, floors, wood furniture surfaces, etc.
Features
1. Portable design, small size.
2. Single angle (60 °) measurement.
3. High Accuracy Indication Error of +/- 1.2GU.
4. Designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO-2813 standards.
5. The operating language is Chinese.
Principle
Instrument by emitting a beam of specified angle of rays of light to the measured surface, and receives the reflection angle of the same mirror light, to calculate the surface by measuring the intensity of the reflected light to the mirror gloss value.
Applications
Paints, paints, inks, plastics, Stone, flooring, wood furniture surfaces
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument switch and press the button that needs to test the angle.
2. Calibration: Put the bright surface of the black Glass standard plate up on the flat table top, position the center of the instrument "inverted triangle" mark in the center of the inner edge of the groove, and adjust the adjustment knob to make the instrument reading indicate the nominal value of the black Glass standard plate.
3. Calibrate: Use calibrated instruments for measurement of White Pottery and porcelain plates, and the displayed value should not be greater than the nominal value of White Pottery and porcelain standard plates +/- 1.2 Gloss units.
4. Measurement: Use a calibrated instrument to measure the tested sample.
5. When converting different angle measurements, please recalibrate according to steps 2-4 above.
Notice
• From a lower temperature place to a higher temperature place (such as outdoor to indoor in winter), please wait a moment before measurement to prevent Optical inspection lens surface fog affecting measurement.
• Please do not make measurements in a direct sunlight environment to avoid affecting the measurement value.
• When using a small hole glossmeter measurement surface object, in order to ensure that the small hole is completely covered, the glossmeter measurement hole can slowly cover the measured object along the tangent line of the measured surface during measurement until the light spot on the measured object cannot be seen.
