Overview
JKGZ-20 60 85 Portable Mirror Gloss Meter is a Portable glossmeter with three angles of 20 °, 60 ° and 85 °. It is mainly used for the measurement of the surface gloss value of paint, paints, inks, plastics, Pottery and porcelain, Stone, paper, metal and other flat products. It is particularly convenient for field operation and power-free sites.
Features
1. Built-in rechargeable nickel-metal hydride battery 4, easy to carry and outdoor use.
2. Equipped with a small charger, it can work continuously for more than 8 hours after charging for 4 hours.
3. It has the function of under-power display. When the battery voltage drops to about 4.4V, a "-" prompt will be displayed in the upper left corner of the display.
Principle
The instrument emits a beam of light at a specific angle to the surface of the sample to be measured, receives its mirror-reflected light, and calculates and displays the gloss value (GU) of the sample surface according to the received light intensity.

Steps
1. Power on and select the desired Measurement Angles (20 °, 60 °, or 85 °).
2. Fit the instrument measurement port smoothly and tightly to the surface of the sample to be tested.
3. Press the measurement button for measurement and wait for the reading to stabilize (no more than 3 seconds).
4. Read and record the gloss value displayed on the display.
