JIAHANG JH60 automatic Melting point meter is a fully automatic grease Melting point meter, combined with High Accuracy temperature control technology, provides accurate, stable and reliable test results, and brings convenient test experience. It supports automatic detection real-time map display, which is convenient for users to accurately measure sample melting point and melting distance. It does not have video function, but has 10 sets of map saving function, which can store 400 data.

Principle
JIAHANG JH60 automatic Melting point meter automatically detects the sample melting point through High Accuracy temperature control technology, displays the map in real time, and automatically records the melting process, initial melting and final melting, and realizes the function of one-button measurement.

Steps
1. Prepare samples and load capillary tubing;
2. Insert capillary tubing into the instrument;
3. Set the heating parameters;
4. Activate the one-click measurement function;
5. The instrument automatically detects and records the melting process, initial melting, and final melting.
6. View and save the test results.
Notice
The instrument does not have a video function.
• Make sure the power supply is 220V 50HZ before use;
• The size of the capillary tubing must meet the outer diameter φ 1.4mm and the inner diameter φ 1.0mm.
• Temperature range from room temperature to 400 ℃, note Indication Error;
• Only supports processing 4 samples simultaneously;
• Graph storage is limited, manage data in a timely manner.
