2. With automatic display function of initial melting and final melting.
3. Temperature System Adopts High Linearity Platinum Resistance Sensor to Improve Accuracy and Reliability.
4. Support fast starting temperature setting and eight linear heating rate (0.2/0 5/1/1 5/2/3/4/5 ℃/min), the software temperature control algorithm is accurate and stable.
5. Working parameters can be automatically stored without manual monitoring and automatic measurement.
6. The capillary tubing specified in the Pharmacopoeia is used as the sample tube, which conforms to the Pharmacopoeia specifications.
Principle
Microcomputer Melting point meter detects temperature through High Linearity Platinum Resistance Sensor, and automatically identifies the initial and final melting points of the sample combined with photoelectric detection technology. The instrument adopts software temperature control algorithm to precisely control the furnace temperature, and conducts heating at a set linear heating rate to realize automatic measurement.
Steps
1. Prepare capillary tubing sample tubes that comply with pharmacopoeia specifications, with a sample height of 3mm.
2. Set the starting temperature and heating rate through the membrane button.
3. Start the instrument to automatically carry out heating and measurement.
4. The instrument automatically displays the initial and final melting temperatures and stores the working parameters.
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is 220 +/- 10% V to avoid voltage fluctuations affecting accuracy.
• Use the specified capillary tubing size (outer diameter φ 1.4mm, inner diameter φ 1.0mm) and sample height (3mm).
• Note that the heating rate error is +/- 1%, and choose the appropriate gear according to your needs.
• Instruments do not require manual monitoring, but require regular inspection and maintenance to ensure performance.
