Overview
LRH-150F biochemistry cultivating box is a special thermostatic equipment produced by HUITAI brand, which is used for water analysis and BOD determination, as well as the fostering, preservation, cultivation and breeding tests of bacteria and microorganisms. The product adopts a large LCD screen with clear and intuitive readings, and is equipped with imported brand Compressors and JAKEL pipe flow circulating fans to ensure Temperature uniformity and long service life in the box.

Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box precisely adjusts the temperature through PID Control mode, and uses JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure to form a good air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the box. The Compressor cooling system effectively maintains the set Temperature range and realizes a thermostatic environment. It supports multi-stage programmable control to simplify the complex test process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the Temperature range 0~ 65 ℃ and Timer Range 1~ 9999 minutes through the large screen LCD menu.
3. Optional configuration of multi-segment program, preset 15 segments and 30 steps, each setting time is 1 to 99 hours and 99 minutes.
4. Start the equipment and monitor temperature fluctuations and uniformity.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
● Ambient Temperature should be kept at 20 ℃, Humidity 50% RH.
Avoid strong magnetic and vibration interference to ensure that performance tests are carried out under no-load conditions.
● Pay attention to environmental protection requirements when using refrigerant models without fluorine.
Optional independent temperature limit alarm system to prevent accidents, exceeding the limit temperature will automatically interrupt.
Regularly check the operating status of the Compressor and fan to extend the life of the equipment.
