Principle
The instrument adopts a dual beam of light proportional detection Optical inspection system, through high-performance grating spectroscopy, using imported receivers to detect the absorption or transmission of specific wavelengths of light, so as to measure the Absorbance or transmittance of the sample, and then realize quantitative analysis and other functions.

Steps
1. Turn it on, and the instrument performs self-inspection of the internal system working status.
2. Carry out wavelength auto calibration and color filter auto calibration.
3. Select analytical test functions (such as photometric measurement or quantitative analysis).
4. For quantitative analysis, a standard Linear dispersion can be established using the master standard, or a coefficient method with known Linear dispersion slopes and intercepts can be used.
5. Place the sample for measurement.
6. View, store, or print test data and graphs.

* The instrument will perform self-test when turned on, please pay attention to whether an error message is displayed.
Make sure the wavelength is auto-calibrated before use.
Select the appropriate Cuvette (size between 5 and 100mm) according to the sample.
Please use the thin buttons provided by the instrument when operating.
* Note the data storage and recall function of the instrument, which can store 100 standard Linear dispersion and 200 sets of data.
* Optional YOKE3.0 professional software for online operation, you need to connect through the USB interface.
