The YOKE UV1900 spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument with a dual beam of light Optical inspection system. Its wavelength range is 190~ 1100nm and the Light spectrum bandwidth is 2nm. Principle
The instrument adopts a dual-beam of light Optical inspection system. After the composite light emitted by the Illuminant is split by the monochromator, monochromatic light is formed. The monochromatic light is divided into the sample beam of light and the reference beam of light, which pass through the sample cell and the reference cell respectively. The Detector (imported silicon photodiode) receives and compares the intensity signals of the two beams. After 24-bit high-speed High Accuracy A/D conversion and ARM system processing, the light transmitter (T), Absorbance (A), concentration (C) or energy (E) values of the sample are finally calculated, and the spectrum or data are displayed on the LCD screen.

Steps
Turn on the power supply (AC 220V/50Hz or AC 110V/60Hz) and start the instrument.
2. Instrument self-test, Illuminant automatically switches and locates to the best position.
3. Set the measurement parameters (such as wavelength, working mode T/A/C/E) through the film button or software interface.
4. Put the reference solution and the sample to be tested into the Cuvette and place them in the sample chamber.
5. Perform measurement operations (such as automatic scanning, multi-wavelength measurement or kinetic measurement).
6. View the map or data on the LCD, and perform Linear dispersion fitting, derivative analysis and other processing.
7. Save data through the USB interface or built-in storage, and connect the printer to output results.
