YOKE XSP-3CA Monocular Bio Microscope has been widely recognized in various application fields for its reliable stability and excellent cost performance. It can be widely used in observation and research of agriculture and animal husbandry, Spinning & weaving fibers, chemical microparticles, etc. The total magnification is 40X to 1600X.
1. Use monocular lens barrel, 45 ° tilt and 360 ° swirl/spin. 2. Equipped with a four-hole (outward-facing ball positioning) converter. 3. Equipped with double-decked mechanical stage, moving range 70X30mm, with vernier. 4. Adopt 1.25NA Abbe condenser, with variable light bar and color filter, and can be lifted up and down. 5. The lighting system adopts 6V20W halogen tungsten bulb with adjustable luminance. 6. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing, fretting grid value of 2μm, with limit function. 7. Provide two kinds of flat-field eyepieces, WF10X/φ 18 and WF16X/φ 11. 8. Equipped with 4X, 10X, 40X (spring), 100X (oil, spring) color difference objectives.
The YOKE XSP-3CA Biomicroscope amplifies the sample through a combined Optical inspection system of objective and eyepiece. The rays of light emitted by the Illuminant are converged by the condenser and transmitted through the sample on the stage. They are captured by the objective and form a primary magnified real image. The real image is further amplified by the eyepiece to finally form a virtual image for observation. By adjusting the condenser light bar and Illuminant luminance, the lighting conditions can be controlled to obtain a clearer image. A mechanical focusing system is used for precise focusing to ensure clear imagery.

The data did not mention specific compliance criteria
1. Place the microscope on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply. 2. Turn on the power switch and adjust the luminance knob to the appropriate light. 3. Place the specimen slide on the stage and secure it with a clipper. 4. swirl/spin converter, align the low power objective (such as 4X) with the through hole. 5. Lower the stage or raise the barrel by coarsely focusing the handwheel to bring the objective lens close to the specimen. 6. Keep your eyes close to the eyepiece and slowly turn the coarse focus handwheel to lift the stage or lower the lens barrel until you see a blurred image. 7. Use the fine focus handwheel for fine focus until the image is clear. 8. If you need a higher magnification, you can switch to a high-power objective lens (e.g. 10X, 40X) and refocus with the micro-focus handwheel. 9. When using an oil mirror (100X), add incense tar to the specimen and carefully adjust the focus. 10. After the observation is completed, turn off the power, remove the specimen, turn the objective lens to the lower position, clean the lens (especially the oil lens), and cover it with a dust cover.
When moving the Microscope, you should hold the base and mirror arm with both hands and handle it with care. • Do not touch the Optical inspection lens (eyepiece, objective lens, condenser lens) directly with your hands, and use a special wiperfor lens when cleaning. • When using high-power lenses, especially oil lenses, extra care should be taken to avoid the objective lens crushing the slide. • When converting the objective lens, the converter should be turned, and the animal lens should not be pulled directly. • When adjusting the focal length, use the coarse focus handwheel first, and then use the fine focus handwheel after seeing the image to avoid damage to the specimen or lens. • After using the oil lens, you must immediately dip the wiperfor lens in a small amount of lens cleaner (or Xylene) to wipe the cedar oil on the lens. • When the Microscope is not in use, turn off the power, adjust the luminance to the lowest level, and cover it with a dust cover. Do not use the Microscope in humid, dusty or vibrating environments. • Avoid long-term exposure of the microscope to strong light.
