Overview
YOKE XSP-2CA Bio Microscope is a well-designed, compact and lightweight binocular biological Microscope. It is suitable for research experiments in chemistry and other disciplines.
Features
1. Adopt binocular lens barrel, the observation head can be swirled/spun 360 °, the single barrel can be tilted 30 °, and the pupil distance can be adjusted (55-75mm).
2. Equipped with Abbe condenser, with variable light bar and color filter, with a numerical aperture of 1.25NA.
3. Provide 4X, 10X, 40X (spring), 100X (spring, oil) color difference objectives, as well as 10X wide-angle eyepieces and 16X Huygens eyepieces.
Total magnification ranges from 40X to 1600X.
5. Illuminant lighting with 6V/20W halogen lamp, stable luminance.
6. The moving range of the stage is 70 * 30mm, with a cursor (grid value 0.1mm), and the fretting grid value of the focusing mechanism reaches 0.002mm.
Principle
The YOKE XSP-2CA biological microscope uses the principle of Optical inspection amplification to amplify the imagery of tiny samples through a combination of objective and ocular lenses. The light emitted by the Illuminant (halogen lamp) is concentrated and illuminated through a condenser (with variable light bar and color filter). After the sample is enlarged by the objective lens, it is transmitted to the observer's eye through the binocular barrel, thus achieving high magnification and clear microscopic observation.
Applications
Research experiments in chemistry and other disciplines
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria
Steps
1. Turn on the power and turn on the Illuminant switch.
2. Place the sample slide on the stage and clamp it.
3. Swirl/spin objective converter, choose a low-power objective (such as 4X) to align with the through hole.
4. Focus through coarse and fine-tuning knobs until you see a clear image.
5. Adjust the condenser light bar and color filter for proper lighting.
6. If you need a higher magnification, you can switch to a high-magnification objective (e.g. 40X, 100X oil lens) and fine-tune the focus. When using a 100X oil lens, add fragrant tar to the specimen.
7. Observe different areas of the sample by moving the stage vernier.
8. After the observation is complete, turn off the power, remove the sample, clean the lens (especially the oil mirror), and return to position.
Notice
When moving the Microscope, you should hold the mirror arm in one hand, hold the mirror seat in the other, and handle it with care.
• Keep the Microscope clean. Optical inspection lenses need to be wiped with special wiperfor lenses to avoid direct contact with hands or Miscellaneous items.
• When using high-power objectives (especially 100X oil lenses), be extra careful to avoid collision between the objective lens and the slide. After using the oil lens, you must use the wiperfor lens dipped in a small amount of detergent (such as Xylene) to remove the mirror oil in time.
• When adjusting the focus, use the coarse knob first, and then use the fine-tuning knob to fine focus after seeing the blurred image to avoid damage to the specimen or objective.
• When the Microscope is not in use, the power should be turned off, the objective lens should be turned away from the light hole, and the dust cover should be put on.
• Do not disassemble the Microscope by yourself. If there is any failure, please contact a professional for repair.
