Overview
YOKE XSP-10CA biological Microscope is a well-designed, compact and lightweight biological Microscope. It is suitable for research experiments in chemistry and other disciplines.
Features
1. Adopt three-eyepiece barrel, the observation head can be swirled/spun 360 °, and the single barrel can be tilted 30 ° for easy observation and recording.
2. Equipped with Abbe condenser, with variable light bar and color filter, the numerical aperture is 1.25NA, providing good lighting and contrast ratio.
3. Provide LED Illuminant or halogen lamp two lighting system options to adapt to different environment needs.
4. Combination of color difference elimination objective and flat field eyepiece, the total magnification covers the range of 40X to 1600X.
5. The moving range of the stage is 70 * 30mm, with a vernier grid value of 0.1mm, which is convenient for accurate movement of the specimen.
Principle
The YOKE XSP-10CA Biological Microscope uses the principle of Optical inspection to observe tiny objects. The light emitted by the Illuminant (LED or halogen lamp) is converged and irradiated on the specimen through the condenser. After the transmitted light carries the specimen information, it is enlarged for the first time through the objective lens (color difference-eliminating objective lens) to form an inverted real image. The real image is further enlarged by the eyepiece (flat field eyepiece) to form a virtual image for observation. By adjusting the condenser light bar and color filter, the illumination intensity and color can be controlled to obtain a clearer image.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and turn on the Illuminant (LED or halogen light).
2. Place the specimen slide on the stage and secure it with a tableting clip.
3. swirl/spin objective converter, align the low power objective (such as 4X) with the through hole.
4. Adjust the height of the stage through the coarse and fine focus handwheel until a clear image is visible.
5. For higher magnification observation, you can switch to a high-magnification objective lens (e.g. 10X, 40X, 100X), and use a fine-focusing handwheel for fine focusing.
6. When using an oil mirror (100X), add incense tar to the specimen.
7. During observation, the angle can be adjusted by swirl/spin observation head, or the observation area can be selected by moving the specimen on the stage.
8. After the observation is completed, turn off the power, remove the specimen, and clean the lens (especially the oil mirror needs to be wiped with a special cleaner).
Notice
When moving the Microscope, you should hold the mirror arm in one hand and the mirror seat in the other, and handle it with care.
* Keep the Microscope clean. Optical inspection components (eyepieces, objectives, condensers) need to be wiped with a special wiperfor lens to avoid direct touch by hand.
When using high magnification lenses, especially oil lenses (100X), extra care should be taken to avoid the objective lens crushing the slide.
* After using the oil mirror, you must promptly use the wiperfor lens dipped in a small amount of detergent (such as Xylene) to wipe the cedar oil on the lens.
* When the Microscope is not in use, the power should be turned off, the objective lens should be turned away from the light hole, and the dust cover should be put on.
Do not disassemble the Microscope by yourself. If there is any malfunction, please contact a professional for repair.
