BOZHEN BZ-4-10P program temperature control muffle furnace adopts overall design and humanized menu design, equipped with LCD program control instrument, with high luminance, wide window digital display, clear and intuitive indication. Adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, supports 30 program programming settings, suitable for complex experimental processes, microcomputer intelligent control solves the temperature overshoot and other drawbacks, excellent temperature control effect. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls heating and thermostatic, precise and stable temperature control, with fault sound and light alarm and over-temperature sound and light alarm function, and can automatically cut off the heating output.

Principle
The muffle furnace adopts PID Control system for temperature measurement through K-indexed Ni-Cr-Ni-Si Thermocouple. The system automatically controls the thermostatic process according to the set 30-stage program. When the temperature exceeds the set range, the over-temperature protection device will trigger the sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating output to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
