Overview
BOZHEN BZ-8-10P program temperature control muffle furnace adopts overall design and humanized menu design, equipped with LCD program control instrument, with high luminance, wide window digital display, clear and intuitive indication. The product adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, supports 30 program programming settings, suitable for complex experimental processes, microcomputer intelligent control solves the temperature overshoot and other drawbacks, and the temperature control effect is good. After setting the temperature, the instrument can control heating and thermostatic by itself, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. It has the functions of fault sound and light alarm and over-temperature sound and light alarm, and can automatically cut off the heating output.

Principle
The muffle furnace uses high temperature resistance wire as the heating element, and temperature measurement is carried out through K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple. Control system adopts PID adjustment technology, and microcomputer intelligent control realizes precise temperature control. The device supports 30-stage Program settings, which can automatically control the heating and thermostatic process. When overtemperature is detected, an acoustic and optical alarm will be triggered and the heating output will be automatically cut off.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature parameters
2. Select or program 30 segment Program settings
3. Start the equipment to start heating
4. The system automatically controls the heating and thermostatic process
5. Monitor equipment operation status
6. Turn off the equipment after completing the process
Notice
• Operating temperature is 1000 ℃, do not use over temperature
• Power supply voltage requirement 380V 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches
• Device weight is about 60KG, pay attention to load-bearing when installing
• In case of over-temperature alarm during operation, the system will automatically cut off the heating
• Check Thermocouple and heating element status regularly
• Operating Environment should be well ventilated
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment
