Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heater, and the large air volume centrifugal fan forcibly drives the hot air to vent at the top and return at the bottom of the studio to form a circulation, so that the temperature of the studio is uniform. The intelligent digital display temperature control instrument (PID) detects the temperature through the temperature sensing element PT100, and compares it with the set value to automatically control the on-off of the heating system (SSR) to achieve accurate thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the box door.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the required operating temperature and time on the intelligent thermostat.
5. Start the equipment, and the heating and blast system will start working.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power and remove the sample.

• It is not suitable for placing items with volatile substances to avoid explosion.
• Sample placement should not exceed the shelf load (15KG/block).
• When the equipment is working, do not open the box door frequently.
