Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, which is automatically controlled by an intelligent digital temperature controller (PID controller). An electric blower is installed to promote mechanical convection of the hot air in the studio, resulting in a more uniform temperature distribution. When the temperature reaches a set value, the temperature control system automatically adjusts the heating power to maintain thermostatic. In the event of over-temperature or out of control, the over-temperature alarm device will activate the buzzer alarm.

Steps
1. Place the test product on the test shelf in the studio. If the test product is large, the shelf can be removed.
2. Close the box door and observe the interior through the Glass door.
3. Turn on the power and set the required operating temperature.
4. Start the device, the intelligent temperature controller will automatically control the heating to the set temperature and keep the thermostatic.
5. The exhaust valve can be opened or the exhaust pipe can be connected to replace the air as required.
6. After use, cut off the power supply.
Notice
• It is not suitable for placing items with volatiles in the drying oven to avoid explosion.
The side door of the control layer on the side of the equipment can be removed for use when inspecting or repairing the circuit. Non-professionals should not operate it by themselves.
• Note that the maximum operating temperature of the device is 300 ° C, please do not use it over temperature.
• In case of over-temperature alarm, the power supply should be cut off in time and the fault should be eliminated.
