BOZHEN 101-0ADS digital blower drying oven is an electric air blowing dryer with intelligent digital temperature control instrument. Principle
The blast drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, which is automatically adjusted and maintained by an intelligent digital temperature controller (PID controller). The electric blower continues to work, forcing the air in the working room to perform mechanical convection, thereby accelerating heat exchange and making the temperature distribution in the box more uniform. When the temperature exceeds the set safe range, the over-temperature alarm device will start the buzzer for sound and light alarm.

Steps
1. Place the test product to be processed on the shelf in the studio. If the test product is large, the shelf can be removed.
2. Close the door and set the required operating temperature through the intelligent digital temperature controller.
3. Turn on the power supply, start the equipment, and start the heating system and blower.
4. The device automatically heats up to the set temperature and remains thermostatic.
5. Glass can be observed through the box door during the drying process, and if necessary, the exhaust valve can be opened or the exhaust pipe can be connected.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before taking out the sample.
Notice
• This equipment is not suitable for placing items with volatile substances to avoid explosion.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power frequency is 380V, which is in line with the equipment requirements.
• When the equipment is working and just after the work, the internal temperature of the box is very high, please do not touch it directly, and pay attention to anti-scalding when taking out the test product.
• When the over-temperature alarm buzzer sounds, the power supply should be cut off in time and the cause of the failure should be checked.
• Regularly check electrical circuits and control components to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
• Keep the equipment well ventilated and do not block the trend.
