Principle
The instrument uses ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) technology to detect internal defects of the workpiece by emitting ultrasonic waves and receiving retracted wave signals. Steps
1. Set the weld shape parameters, and visually display the weld pattern and the location of defects in the weld during flaw detection.
2. Automatic calibration of Probe zero and Probe angle (K value).
3. Speed of sound automatic measurement.
4. Real-time retrieval of the highest defect wave and recording of the peak defect echo.
5. Real-time display of defect level, depth (vertical), and sound path position.
6. The defect equivalent dB value is displayed in real time.
